I highly recommend this location. Dr. Parker and his staff definitely exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond, providing full transparency regarding my procedure and costs. There was a little miscommunication by my referring office, which resulted in me having to take off of work again, but thankfully they were able to fit me in the next day. Other than that everything ran smoothly. The final touch was when I received a text from the Dr. checking up on me and my recovery the day after surgery. The hospitality there is amazing and one of the many reasons I chose to move back to Alabama.Southern hospitality at its finest!!!!
The absolute sweetest staff! They got me in and got me finished so fast. They found the vein on the first go, when most people don't. Will definitely go back!
My experience was WONDERFUL!!!! I’m terrified of needles and thin rolling veins so I’m used to getting stuck 3-5 times in order to find a good vein. The anesthesiologist got it in one go. I was asked about how handsome Aaron Pierre (Mufasa) was by the dental assistant and I was out like a light before I knew it. I had a total 5 teeth removed and the procedure only took 15-20 minutes. Dr. Parker and his team were awesome and made me feel so comfortable and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know. Thank you guys so much.
Pleasant experience! I'm so glad I got a second opinion & chose OMSA. The time frame from start to finish was excellent and I had insurance issue but nonetheless they were patient with me as I resolved that issue. Friendly staff & great Surgeon (Dr. Parker)! I advice any & all to go here for their dental needs.
I had a tooth extraction at the Prattville office. I arrive on time. The staff checked me in. Afterwards, Dr. Johnson came in explained what he was gonna do. 15 minutes later I was walking out. I didn't even know the procedure had been completed. GREAT Experience... little to no pain afterwards!! Definitely recommend this office for your dental needs!!!
Dr Parker along with his team did an outstanding job. Very professional and caring by all means. Yesterday morning I was nervous for I had never had any surgery. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and no swelling. They take good care of you and everyone I interacted with was amazing. I would highly recommend and go again if i ever needed to.
Very impress. With the Staff Karly I think Jennifer, Dr. Johnsons. I never been to a dentist or oral surgeon this before. I was nerves. But they made sure I was well taken care of. I'm telling you all Dr. Johnson no his stuff well. It's 5 pm. My mouth is not hurting. Haven't took medication since I left. I feel.so good. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson.Thanks so much ❤️😍
The reception staff, the finance staff, the nurses and Dr. Parker were all welcoming, kind, considerate and professional. This was the third time Dr. Parker has performed surgery for me and I would never go to anyone else. He is kind and compassionate and has checked on me everytime the day after the surgery. I don't know many people (if any) that are happy about having oral surgery or even going to a dentist in general but OMSA made the experience more comfortable than one could ask for. I appreciate you all!
